Hotel Inspector Calls
It’s now over 5 years since we had the pleasure (and pain) of being filmed by the hit Channel 5 Series ‘The Hotel Inspector’ who came to help me and my team put us back on the rails which we so desperately needed back in 2006. We’ve had an overwhelming response to the programme from viewers all over the world and we want to send a big ‘Thank You’ to you all for your letters, emails and caring support.

Dear Sue,
Bath is a fascinating city and I really enjoyed my time there while attending a scientific conference last Autumn. But without a doubt, the best part of the trip was staying at the Tasburgh House. The warm, friendly and gracious hospitality, combined with beautiful accommodations and delightful breakfasts made the whole visit glorious. Thanks for a wonderful time. I hope to visit again. Dear Sue, I have just watched the hotel inspector programme. I thought you came over as a warm, caring, sincere and beautiful person; who shows much love and pride for your beautiful hotel. I think you took the comments of the hotel inspector with great courage!! I loved the teddy bears and so hope you still own them, as I am a teddy bear lover also. Just watched the programme. It wasn’t as intresting as normal because you are far too nice and did everything the great lady told you to! Would love to stay if in the area but not if that silly teddy was in the room!

I am watching you on Hotel Inspector as I type and this hotel seems to be a lovely one! I would be more than happy to bring the wife and kiddies down sometime. I saw nothing wrong with the teddies. I myself don’t mind them but I thought they where a great touch to the hotel. I love how you rooms are named after famous authors and I am considering coming down sometime. I am sure the kids will love the teddies.
