Age restriction policy 

We regret that we are strictly unable to accept children under the age of six.

Animal policy

Dogs are allowed in selected rooms. Additional charges, conditions and restrictions apply.

Check in / check out policy 

Check in is available from 14.00 until 22.30 but luggage and cars can be left prior to check-in.

Check out is available until 11.00. Keys are to be returned to reception upon settling any outstanding balances. Failure to check out by 11.00 can result in additional charges.

Key policy

A £25 replacement fee will be charged if keys are not returned on departure, lost or stolen.

Payment policy 

Visa & MasterCard accepted, cash or cheques are not accepted.

The Hotel will collect the specified amount due on the reservation confirmation at any time from making the reservation until arrival.

Cancellation & amendment policy

The Hotel asks for guests to appreciate that in the event of cancellation, it will seek to cover its loss. In order not to suffer from cancellation fees, guests are encouraged to consider the benefit of holiday cancellation insurance, to the sum of the entire holiday.
Depending on whether the rate is non-refundable or flexible the following cancellation policies apply;

Non-refundable – full payment is taken at the time of booking, this is strictly non-amendable and non-refundable from the time of booking. No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.

Flexible – whilst full payment is taken at the time of booking, in the event of cancellation this will be fully refunded, providing seven days notice (prior to the arrival date) is given. After seven days (prior to the arrival date), this payment becomes non-refundable and no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation. A flexible rate is still amendable until the day of arrival.

Smoking policy 

The Hotel operates a strict no smoking policy. Smokers are required to use the designated smoking area at the rear of the property.

Alcohol policy

The Hotel prefers guests not to bring their own alcohol as selling drinks (along with accommodation) is its core business. Because of this, a room service charge of £5 will be incurred should a guest request the supply of an ice bucket or glasses etc. Guests who wish to drink their own alcohol (that is not from our extensive, reasonably priced drinks list) in the public spaces will be charged corkage, subject to the management’s discretion.

Damage & disruption policy

Damage to any room, furnishings or hotel property will result in the full sum of the damage being payable by the guilty party.

Health & safety policy

Suitable footwear is to be worn at all times when using public areas of the hotel, no bare / stocking feet. Slippers provided in the rooms are not considered as suitable footwear.

Fire alarm policy

The fire alarm is tested at 12pm every Sunday. Should the alarm sound at any other time, guests are to assume this is a real fire and evacuate the hotel immediately. Escape routes can be found in each room.
